UPDATE!!! Maximilian’s is now an elegant, nicely decorated Hungarian-Austrian restaurant. Just opened 2 weeks ago. I was there last night with family and we had excellent food. The wienerschnitzel is a must have, we also had the Goulash soup and chestnut puree for dessert. Exceeded our expectations! The chef used to cook for Hortobagy on Ventura Blvd. Prices are $17 to $20 for entrees, big portions. I used to be a cook myself and I’ll be back for sure…
